Dr. Carleton
Jack Carleton, MD, MSc, FACEP, is a skilled primary care physician serving the community of Newburgh, New York. Dr. Carleton proudly leads the team at Integrated Medical Healthcare Services, PLLC, providing comprehensive integrated medical care for patients’ complete health and wellness.
After completing his undergraduate degree at Marietta College in Ohio, Dr. Carleton earned his Master of Science Degree and Doctor of Medicine Degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus. He completed his rotating internship at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.
He then spent seven years doing cancer and neurological research at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. He entered the field of emergency medicine by establishing the department of emergency medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida. In 1977, he moved to New York and started the first Department of Emergency Medicine in Orange County at the previous Horton Memorial Hospital in Middletown, New York.
Throughout his extensive career spanning across five decades, Dr. Carleton has gained valuable experience in the field of medicine, including internal medicine and emergency care. His areas of interest include emergency medicine, arthritis, headaches, diabetes, chronic pain, neurological diseases, cancer, and allergies, to name a few.
Dr. Carleton is well known and respected throughout Newburgh and the surrounding areas. He has both trained and worked alongside many doctors in the area, passing on his extensive knowledge and learning at every opportunity.

Amy N. Bryson FNP-C
Amy is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate care to her patients. She provides medical care to a diverse patient population including individuals of all ages and varying needs. Amy brings empathy and a pleasant communication style making it easy for her to talk with patients and family members in providing well care, preventative care and disease management.
Amy graduated Nursing school on Long Island, NY. Since that time she worked in Pediatric ICU’s and the Cardiovascular Operating Room. She eventually relocated to the Mid-Hudson area and pursued her Nurse Practitioner Degree, specializing in Family Healthcare. Following Graduation, Amy was very active in caring for individuals affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic in New York City. As the Pandemic slowed, she settled into Family Practice and Urgent Care, helping the medically underserved in the community.
Amy is excited to be providing care for patients at Integrated Medical Healthcare. She enjoys integrative medicine and helping people attain their best health by partnering with them on their journey to wellness.
Marlene Aquino, FNP
Marlene Aquino is a bilingual English/Spanish speaking, licensed, and certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care. She provides a wide range of family-focused healthcare services to patients of all ages, including infants, adolescents, adults, and seniors. She has experience working with a diverse client population, providing culturally competent care.
Marlene Aquino began her nursing career in 2011, graduating from New York City College of Technology with an Associate degree in Nursing and obtaining her NYS Registered Nurse licensure that same year. Soon after, she achieved her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2013 while also completing a Nurse Residency program with Maimonides Medical Center. Marlene gained clinical nursing experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Brooklyn’s only Children’s Hospital, providing critical care to newborns. She accomplished her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019 from Pace University. After working through the pandemic in a New York City hospital setting, she proceeded to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner in an FQHC family practice, completing a Family Nurse Practitioner Residency program, all while serving the vulnerable population in Queens and Bronx, NY.
Marlene Aquino is a reliable, caring, and motivated professional, eager to restore health and wellness to culturally diverse clients experiencing illness.
